Nettle (Urtica Dioica)
Rich in vitamins and minerals, particularly iron, and can stimulate breastmilk production and increase supply.

Orange (Citrus Sinensis)
an excellent source of vitamin C, can assist in the absorption of iron, and boost energy.

Maarr
Native lemongrass is a traditional bush medicine treating flu, stomach upsets, headaches, and migraines. A 2010 Griffith University study found Maarr may be just as beneficial as Aspirin at relieving the effects of headaches and migraines.

Fennel (Foeniculum Vulgare)
A galactagogue, improves digestive health and helps regulate blood pressure.

Ginger (Zingiber Officinale)
Particularly good for stomach upsets and boosting energy.

Fenugreek (Trigonella Foenum-Grae)
very high in mucilage, beneficial for the stomach and digestion, and can increase breastmilk production.

Add one teaspoon per cup into an infuser, teapot, or plunger, pour over boiling water and let steep for 3-5 minutes before serving.

To use as a facial steam add two tablespoons of the blend to a large bowl, cover with boiling water and drape a towel over your head and bowl to capture the steam for 10-15 minutes.

Use as a gargle to soothe and strengthen the throat.

Our favourite way to have EASE is by making a sugar syrup with a strong infusion, then adding it to gin and soda for a deliciously refreshing cocktail.
